Paritrave Innovations is a SBA/WBE construction management and general contracting firm providing services to a wide range of clients and industries. This gives our client’s a unique experience during their building process. Our primary function and belief is to always put our relationships at the heart of everything we do. Our client’s want to be a part of their building project in such a way they are allowed to fully express their mission and goals for the project, to be listened to and heard.
What does Paritrave mean?
“Paritrave” is a play on the word “architrave” which in classical architecture, refers to the lintel or beam that rests on the capitals of columns, and/or all sides, including the vertical members, of a frame with mouldings around a door or window. The affix “PAR” refers to the initials of the original founders of Paritrave Innovations.

Alan Gore, PE
President
Alan has over 29 years of experience as a Civil Structural Engineer and Project Executive. His leadership accountability in engineering, architecture, construction management, and providing managerial oversight to a series of construction projects has garnered success for all of his clients. He is well-known for representing the client on all aspects of large projects (negotiations, contract documentation, bidding, supervision of consultants, dispute resolution, cost tracking controls, and budget reporting systems) and leading a team of professionals. His diverse background in taking design-assist projects from "cradle-to-grave" concerning the structural portions of the client's needs are paired with his in-field construction expertise. Alan is a thought leader skilled in managing broad aspects of projects resulting in accelerated revenues and production efficiencies.
